Born and raised in Hamilton, Melissa has always had a true knack for hair. With about 5 years of experience under her belt, Melissa is an Intermediate Stylist who expresses her creativity with ease and has a drive to make every client feel beautiful.
After graduating from the Aveda Hair Institute of Toronto in 2017, she began her apprenticeship in Toronto at Brennen Demelo Studio and l.a.m.b salon. A few years later she decided to return home to Hamilton. Working at Odyssey Hair Salon to get back to her roots.
Melissa is a bright and fun loving person. She's passionate about making people feel the most beautiful versions of themselves. Melissa likes doing a but of everything but she loves doing blondes, balayage, and bridal.
Melissa is a true dork at heart and loves animation, fashion, tattoos, travel, animals, and would love to see your dog/cat photos.

I had my appointment with Melissa today! Have been going to her for years! But today especially I was really happy, I’ve been trying to get my curls back and was a little nervous since the haircut is so important for curls! Melissa took such good care of my curls and I left with such bouncy perfect curls ! Thank you so much Melissa ☺️

Melissa is a stellar stylist and wonderful person. She is great with my very short hair and did a great fade while keeping my bangs a bit longer and choppy. Today's cut was exactly what I wanted and as always, the conversation was great.

Melissa was amazing! I was so happy with my hair cut! Every step of the way was a breeze. I have long thin hair and she knew how to cut it in a flattering way and only trimmed off what she needed to. She had so much great advice for hair care as well! I highly recommend!

She was so chill and nice and fun to talk to, to the point where I forgot I was getting my haircut and just thought I was hanging out. The haircut itself was amazing and exactly what I had been dreaming of, she knew exactly the vibe I was going for and NAILED it. 100/10 recommend this place and Melissa. The vibes were immaculate 💖👏🏻
