I was greeted by a couple nice folks and offered a drink. Jo listened to what I wanted with my hair, and she gave me a great cut I love! She was easy to talk to (or not talk to), which I appreciated. I felt extra special when a second team member diffused my hair. Thank you!

I absolutely loved the hair cut Jo gave me. She brought so much bounce and life into my long hair without having to cut a lot off. I showed her two reference photos and I feel like she executed them exactly. My one area for improvement would be hospitality, for example I was not offered a drink and I‘m used to the shampooing having a bit of a head massage at the same time. Looking forward to booking with Jo again in the future.
